Mr. Warner is a registered architect with 30 years of architectural and facility planning experience.
Mr. Warner proved invaluable to the Greene County Tech School District while constructing a ten-year master facilities plan, which included the successful state partnership funding proposal of a new high school which will provide a lasting legacy not only to the community but to each and every student that will be provided a quality education. It has been both an honor and a pleasure to work with Mr. Warner, who is certainly one of the best educational consultants that I have worked with during my 16 years in education.

Dallastown Area School District is located in the Northeast portion of Pennsylvania and provides education for PreK-12 for approximately 6,000 students. As a result of successful previous work, WARNER Concepts, LLC. was asked to provide Facility Master Planning services for the development of a long range strategic master plan. After an extensive study of local demographics, housing and sub-division development information, and a facility capacity study, WARNER Concepts, LLC. presented the Facility Master Plan to the school board for approval and implementation. This process included engaging the community as well as administrators, staff and students in an open dialogue emphasizing the future of the district.
The first step in implementing the Master Plan was to plan, design and construct a new 1,800 student Intermediate School that would house grades 4-6.
