Church Facility Assessment
A facility assessment of a church is conducted to determine if the current facility meets the needs of current and future programs, services, increases or decreases in attendance, possible renovations, or additions. The assessment will include a review of the facility’s size, site size, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, lighting, flooring, roofing, ADA compliance, and exterior wall systems. The condition of each of these major building systems, will equip the participants with knowledge of the current structure and determine it’s viability for future use. It is important to note that this knowledge is invaluable when faced with determining the most viable option for the church.
