Firm Overview
WARNER Concepts was formed in 2005 as an out growth of Mr. Warner’s passion to provide professional planning services to churches, schools and other non-profit groups such as human services organizations. Having extensive experience in the field of church and educational planning as well as having previously established a highly successful architectural firm focusing on master facility planning, it became clear that churches and schools could benefit from services that would assist them in determining their future mission, vision, facility needs. These services will result in developing a long-range comprehensive plan that will meet the ever changing needs of the organization.
Based on 27 years of experience in strategic, facility, and master planning as well as architectural design and construction, WARNER Concepts has developed a highly participatory process that results in a plan that is not only clearly illustrated, but also has full approval of all members of the church. The process emphasizes participation from all levels of an organization as well as community members and focuses on building consensus of all participants toward a common goal.
